- March 2008: Squeak by Example: The corrected, second edition is now available.
- March 2008: The latest Smalltalk Coding Contest has started. Win $1000 to attend the next Camp Smalltalk or the latest iPod. UPDATE: the contest deadline has been extended by a day, to Saturday June 1st (submitting on Saturday was easier than on Friday for some contestants).
- 4 sept. 2007: Squeak by Example on-line book under the Creative Commons 3.0 licence. It was announced first by Oscar Nierstrasz end of august 2007, at Lugano (Switzerland) during the ESUG 2007 conference
